He is the second newborn abandoned in a period of just two months to be hospitalised at Quarantina Hospital by Cap-Ho, since no third party was willing to pay. He is the 19th child in 2 years to be abandonned to be hospitalised by Cap-Ho at Quarantina Governmental Hospital.
